I Have Been Having Pain In My Lower Left Side

I have been having pain in my lower left side near my pelvis for 8 hours I am a female aged 66 yrs also accompanied. By bowel leak this pain is coming and going frequently affecting the top of my left thigh also pain killers have had no affect I would be very grateful If u could help me
