I Have Been Having Pain In My Right Arm And

I have been having pain in my right arm and right shoulder blade. I have had some nausea. Ice pack relieves it for a short time and then it is back again. There is some numbness in my right upper arm. No changes in locations since it started yesterday. Have not done anything to strain it.
