I Have Been Having Pain In My Shoulder Blades And

I have been having pain in my shoulder blades and just below - it seems to be causing anxiety and I feel like I need to hold onto something when I stand. The other day I also felt pins and needles in the back of my head. It has been affecting my day to day life for the last three months. It was very severe initially, then diminished. I started going to a chiropractor and that seemed to help manage the pain, but it is starting up again and I no longer know what to do.
