I Have Been Having Pain In My Upper Abdominal Area

I have been having pain in my upper abdominal area by my stomach. it feels like I am hungry but I am not and It feels like I have gas pressure that is very uncomfortable. I feel like i could vomit at any minute but I have not. Feels like the food I have ate is in my throat, but not all the time.
