I Have Been Having Pain In Right Side Below Ribs.

I have been having pain in right side below ribs. Shooting pain there when sitting on hard surfaces. Constantly feeling like I need to urinate but sometimes just a small amount and have to lean over to finish also every once in awhile I feel like I am having a contraction when I urinatewhich is very painful.
