I Have Been Having Pain On My Left Side In

I have been having pain on my left side in what I believe is my utaruis it gets very bad at times when it takes my breath away it makes my lower back hurt and it hurts when I push to go to the bath room most the time it is just a nagging pain that never goes away I was having inter coarse with my husband when it felt like something ruptured in side and this white glue like substance came out and it felt like someone is stabbing me with a knife in side and the pain is not going away . What is it and what can I do about it
