I Have Been Having Pain On My Side Underneath My

I have been having pain on my side underneath my armpit and around my back for the past week. Today a rash has developed in this area and it looks like the pictures of the shingles virus. Will it hurt me to wait until Tuesday to see the doctor for medicine? Tomorrow it Sunday and my doctor's office is closed and Monday I have been assigned to Jury Duty. Thank you for your help.
