I Have Been Having Pain On The Right Side Under

I have been having pain on the right side under my rib cage. Cramps pain that won't go away when I move someone's last 20 min. It's been hurtin all day. I have had it before off and on last three years but today it's non stop if I eat a lot of spivey foods.
