I Have Been Having Pain On The Top Of My

I have been having pain on the top of my foot off to side directly under my left pinky toe?..it can be tender to the touch. My ankle on the same foot is achy my calf on that side hurts as well. This pain is not all the time but when it acts up is painful and uncomfortable.
