I Have Been Having Pains In My Lower Abdominin For

I have been having pains in my lower abdominin for the past week, went to my doctor they gave me antibiotics for a urine infection but never took a urine sample. I'm worried it's something more serious as the pain is always here and can be hard to deal with, in the past few days I also haven't been able to eat much at all, what should I do?
