I Have Been Having Pressure In My Pelvic Region. No

I have been having pressure in my pelvic region. No pain, just a feeling of pressure pressing down on my genital area, particularly as I am active during the day and not so much in the morning when I first wake up. I'm female, age 68. My sister, age 58, was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I had my annual gynecology doctor appotment a few months ago, and my doctor didn't notice anything wrong. I'm wondering if this is anything to worry about or if I should call my regular doctor to discuss this.
