I Have Been Having Problems Having Bowel Movements, I Go

I have been having problems having bowel movements, I go 3-4 days without one, then I have a difficult time going. When the bowel movement does get started it is in little balls, like marble sized. I am worried about this. Never had this problem before, it started about late April? Can you tell me what to do or what is causing this?
