I Have Been Having Problems With My Ears... Pressure And

I have been having problems with my ears... pressure and fluid. I had tubes inserted 1 month ago. About 1 and a half months ago I got very dizzy and started vomiting. the vomiting cleared up but I still have the dizziness. Its mostly when I lie down or put my head back. Yesterday I had another episode of the vomiting and severe dizziness. Could it be my ears yet?
