I Have Been Having Problems With My Left Side Hurting,

I have been having problems with my left side hurting, I have been scoped and the doctor saw h pylori, but the biopsy came back negative, I have a lot of gas and bloating all the time that seems to travel throughout my digestive tract, When I eat it is painful or undesirable but I am gaining weight, Have trouble swallowing and sometimes food feels stuck in the middle of my chest.. This pain started in my bowel, from what one doctor has told me, and it has moved upward,2 places I can literally put my fingers on them to show the doctors, I have been exposed to a serious insecticide mismanagement, by bug or us where my whole mouth, nose, throat went completely dry, Like no salvia at all!!! I was breathing but I felt like a fish out of the aquarium, I have constant pain now, CON
STANT, especially on my left side and in the back of my head and neck... there are times my heart beats fast, and I have noticed I can feel it down my left leg, it is not a heart attack, I eat without gaining the nutrition of food, I am losing the use of my legs where a weakness goes into them and I drop... What should the doctors be checking in your opinion
