I Have Been Having Problems With The Upper Outside Of

I have been having problems with the upper outside of my right arm, about 4 - 5 months ago I had a fall landing on my right arm, I hurt my elbow I think that's when the problem started, its numb like when novacane is wearing off pins and needs, stabbing pain none of these symptoms have gone away since?
