I Have Been Having Really Bad Pain In My Right

I have been having really bad pain in my right inner ear. Its not consistant though. I can have it for days and then not have it for a couple of days. No fever. I do get a really bad headache with it and it goes down my neck. Can you have a regular earache with no other symptoms?
