I Have Been Having Recurring Itch For The Past 2

I have been having recurring itch for the past 2 years which I used oral fluconazole to treat, each time. Recently, the fluconazole hasn't been effective since It started again a few weeks ago, and after use of betnovate n ointment, I just noticed a rash along my inner thighs with pale pink skin...don't know how long I've had it. Pls should I retake the oral treatment or change course?
