I Have Been Having Regular Periods Which Vary Between 21

I have been having regular periods which vary between 21 and 28 days. I am on a natural Progesterone Cream. Last month I bleed heavily on my 3rd day so I took 2 Cyklokapron tablets to stop the bleeding. This month I am 7 days late on my cycle. Can Cyklokapron cause you to have an irregular period?
