I Have Been Having Repetitive Jerking Movements Mostly In My

I have been having repetitive jerking movements mostly in my shoulders, whole body or my right arm what should i do, it doesn't hurt it's just very annoying when i lay down, or when i am working my mouse this has been going on for a month now, this comes and goes
