I Have Been Having Ringing, Buzzing, And Humming In My

I have been having ringing, buzzing, and humming in my ears for a month now. I have had vertigo come and go. Now there is severe pain in my ears, back of my head on one side running into my shoulder. I also at times of pain in my head experience a tingling feeling into my face through my jaw bone. I have some hearing loss as it is hard for me to hear in crowded places or when more than one person is talking at a time. This too could be because I am trying to hear over the noise in my ears. I can't get into the ENT for two weeks. Please advise thanks.
