I Have Been Having Sever Cramps All Over My Body

I have been having sever cramps all over my body especially my calves and feet. My feet are at times so bad that they are turning and locking, cramps are Now in my abdomin. I have been vomitting and having diareah since 4 am today. I went to hospital and they did not see anything abnormal. They took chest X-ray, drew blood and did an ekg. They sent me home with pain pills, muscle relaxer and antiflamatory. I took a these for a few night because of my feet rolling and locking. I am really concerned as the cramps and feet locking are getting worse. What type of dr do I need to see. Am so sick today and feet locking 5 to 6 times want to go to er but don't think they will be able to tell me what the cause is.
