I Have Been Having Several Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer Over

I have been having several symptoms of ovarian cancer over the past 6 weeks: bloating, excessive gas, excessive burping, nausea, sour stomach, vomiting, able to eat less and things seem to be getting worse. My mom died of ovarian cancer at age 71 and I am wondering how soon I should get in to see the ob/gyn. How quickly does it spread??
