I Have Been Having Severe Episodes Of PMDD And Have

I have been having severe episodes of PMDD and have been on medication for depression for 20 years. MY husband and I have been married for 6 years and we don't have any children. Since this past year I have had increasing issues with my cycle / hormones / behavior. I am going to see an endocrinologist hopefully soon but had to fill out some paper work . My husband and I filled it out together and unfortunately I was keeping a secret of past abortions. I am very ashamed and feel I caused this hormonal problem and now created another issue ... Please advise
