I Have Been Having Severe Hand Pain For Sometime Now.

I have been having severe hand pain for sometime now. Well now I have swollen feet, hands with severe pain and it feels like it's all over my body now, and bad headaches. I'm 51 yr old female and the only time I ever had swollen feet was during pregnancy. I seem to also have this just I'll feeling too. This morning I hadn't eaten anything yet and BS level was 106. I'm really confused, I've never felt likes this and swelling and hurting everywhere. What could it possibly be?
