I Have Been Having Severe Headaches And Been Nauseous During

I have been having severe headaches and been nauseous during the day and feel like im gonna pass out. the headaches have been going on every single day not for a month. they are usually worse in the morning but still go on all day. Its painful and distracting. Whats wrong?
