I Have Been Having Severe Left Hip Pain As If

I have been having severe left hip pain as if my hip is out of joint & has moved into my left buttock & down my leg which feels as if its being strangled & i am having shooting pain in my buttocks & leg as well as left pelvic soreness. I had a ctscan with & without contrast partially dur to tge hip pain that has been going on for close to 4 weeks & also due to other gastrointestinal problems & in prep for gallbladder removal other than the gallbladder the only findings were an "8mm coarse constipation projecting into my left hemipelvis which may represent a phlebolith" my dr rvwd thus with me & said she would need to get some clarity on this. Im having 2-3 bowel movement a day is the reference to contipation possibly something other than fecal? There is no reference to feacal in the findings. I am on a painkiller & anti inflammatory however the pain is still very intense. The ct scan showed no bowel obstruction & remainder of abdomen & pelvis were unremarkable. My dr is out until Tuesday & im unsure whether the increasing discomfort should be a concern?
