I Have Been Having Severe Pain In My Legs At

I have been having severe pain in my legs at night time. it is both legs but not at the same time, it is like something is wrapping around my bones in either my leg or ankle or foot. It does not occur every night but some nights when it does happen it comes and goes for hours and the pain intensifies.
