I Have Been Having Severe Pain In My Legs With

I have been having severe pain in my legs with some swelling around my ankles and knees. I have what appear to be bruises, but they don't change color and they are very painful and I can feel hard spots under the "bruise' I am a 46 year old female who is otherwise healthy
