I Have Been Having Severe Pain Throughout My Entire Body.

I have been having severe pain throughout my entire body. It started 9 days ago in my hands. It feels like I stayed out in extreme cold and was on the point of frostbite and came in and got warm and you know that burning, tingling, excruciating pain of when your skin warms up. That's what it feels like, even tho I was not exposed to the cold. It has now spread throughout my entire body including my mouth, ears, privates etc. It hurts all the time, it's worse if I try to take a shower and my body is under running water, air, clothing etc. As the day goes by and gets closer to night it hurts even more. I also feel like I have a urinary tract infection and the left side of my abdomen feels swollen and painful. I do not know what to do and have never felt something like this before and it is worrying me, please help if you can, Thank you, Michelle Branstad
