I Have Been Having Severe Pain, Tightness, Stiffness In Both

I have been having severe pain, tightness, stiffness in both of my thighs. They also seem to be getting bigger as if they are feeling up like a balloon. i am unable to open my legs wide and or lift them no more than an inch off the floor without using my hands to lift my leg.
