I Have Been Having Severe Sweating Issues For About Two

I have been having severe sweating issues for about two months. I was surgically induced into menopause about ten years ago. Was using estrogen .025mcg. One patch a week. Not on estrogen Now but haven't been on for about 4 months. 45 yr old female. My entire face gets red including my arms legs and back. I also get dizzy. I have vertigo and my leg muscles hurt to walk. Just doing dishes I sweat so bad it pours down my face and everywhere else. Bedtime is awful. I have to change clothes about twice a night.
