I Have Been Having Sex Regularly With My Boyfriend, We'll

I have been having sex regularly with my boyfriend, we'll two weeks ago I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I have been having horrible sense of smell and nausea. However I have been on my period for three days now but anytime my 2 year old cries or I get emotional, my nipples will leak enough to wetten my shirt. So even though I took a test two weeks ago and it was negative and I'm on my period, could I still be pregnant? Has anyone else had early pg signs by their breasts leaking?
