I Have Been Having Sharp Head Pain Associated With Head

I have been having sharp head pain associated with head movement. I have no pain unless I turn my head quickly, or if I were to shake my head no. This does not involve neck movement. Also have pain if I vigorously rub my forehead without moving my head.
