I Have Been Having Sharp Pain In Both Breasts. I

I have been having sharp pain in both breasts. I do have a lump in my left breast and its been there for a few years but when a dr was doing a breast exam she said she did not believe it to be cancerous by its feel. It hasn't grown or anything like that but for at least a month now I have been having sharp pains in both breasts and it hurts to touch or lay on them. No I am not pregnant I took a test last month and in January at a hospital, no I do not have regular periods I really don't have periods at all. I am just worried because I have not had a pain in my breasts last this long before although it has happened before. What could this be?
