I Have Been Having Sharp Pain In My Abdomen And

I have been having sharp pain in my abdomen and where my liver is. It a sharp shooting pain that comes and go's. It seems like every few days or so I get mild fevers, while my whole body ache, mainly in back neck and shoulder areas. I am very fatigued most of the day, and I feel very scattered in my mind and emotions when this occures. I have been diagnosed with hepititis c and am waiting to see a specialist for treatment. I decided to ask these questions because last night i was in the most pain i have been in, nauseous and dizzy. What could be going on in my body for this to happen? Also is it normal for a woman to have her period 2 times in one month, only a two week interval apart? Thank you.
