I Have Been Having Sharp Pains Under My Left Breast.

I have been having sharp pains under my left breast. It woke me up this morning, I have it two of them since than. I had one about ten minutes aloe, than I went to the bathroom and had a bowel movement. Do you think that it could be indigestion?
I am a 60 year old female, with no health comditions
