I Have Been Having Side Pains On My Right Side.

I have been having side pains on my right side. Sometimes it's in the crease of my hip and stomach, right now it's on my side right above my hip. I was checked for a her hernia and the doctor side it was a pulled muscle. It's been on going on for a while. It flares up when I am bent over for a while. Not sure what is going on do you think I might have a cyst Or something worst?
