I Have Been Having Significant Pelvic Pain Every Month But

I have been having significant pelvic pain every month but this month it has been going on for a week and it's not getting better. I had an ultrasound and everything was normal just showed a small amount of free fluid in the pelvis and bilateral follicles. I have had two c sections and my tubes tied any ideas what could be causing this pain?
