I Have Been Having Sinus Headaches For The Past Several

I have been having sinus headaches for the past several months. Been on and off of antibotics the last round was on levaquin and the dr also put me on prendisone for a week. This seemed to help for awhiel The headaches came back and went back to my ENT dr. He said I should give Budsonide i0.5MG/2ML Susp mixed in my daily nose rinsing a try. I also takeQvar 2 times dailly in my nose This seemed to help my headaches. Tonight after doing my nasal rinse about 45 min later I was bending over slitly tilted and a stream of clear water like substance ran out of my left nostril. I had a csf leak about 3 yrs ago it leaked through my ear I had a cranionmy and had it fixed I am afraid I have another csf leak or could this be from the nasal rinsing? Im scared!
