I Have Been Having Skin Issues I Feel That Something

I have been having skin issues I feel that something is either biting me or stinging me. I have tiny pin holes everywhere this happens. It has been going on for months. I have what feels like something crawling a few time a day off and on. I can not see any insects or why this is happening. I can't seem to get a dermatologist that takes this seriously and I can't get in for months. My doctor sees this spots and refers me to the dermotologist but it's months before I can get an appointment. Some days are better than others but today has been awful. I have grown a lot of moles since this started and I don't know why this is happening.
