I Have Been Having Some Back Issues As Well As

I have been having some back issues as well as knee issues.. I've been told I have a pinched nerve and a pariformis muscle issue.. I just got my second set of gel shots in my right leg a couple weeks ago and it seemed to be improving. However, I'm now having some burning in my knee which I haven't had before.. do you think it's from the knee or the other issues?
