I Have Been Having Some Minor Pain In My Right

I have been having some minor pain in my right testicle for the past week. I have noticed that it also is much higher then my other one. It started when I was having sex. It hurt so bad I had to actually stop having sex and go to the ER. I had a urine test done and a sonagram on both testicle and everything came back good. But it's been at least 7 days and it's not feeling any better. I don't even dare to have sex with my girl right now. I had heard some people say blue balls and a ressessed testicle. But no idea. I'm 26 years old.
