I Have Been Having Some Odd Combination Of Issues And

I have been having some odd combination of issues and I went to the er Friday. Ekg was normal cat scan normal, chest exrays normal, gall bladder ultrasound was normal. Bloodwork was normal. Only treatment given was Ativan. Diagnosed as a panic attack. I feel there is more going on though. I get lightheaded, vision gets "wonky", heavy breathing, and shaking. Any ideas what might be going on?
