I Have Been Having Some Pain From My Anus For

I have been having some pain from my anus for two days. Just mild pain and nothing that disrupts my daily activities. I could not get s good look through the mirror, so I used my cell phone to take a picture. The skin around my anus looks like it is filled with clear fluid. Some spots are purple, and it looks like on part has a discharge. What kinds of conditions could this be?
