I Have Been Having Some Problems With Both My Breast

I have been having some problems with both my breast being very tender and sore. I am 56 years old and have had a full hysterectomy. I 'm on medication for RA . This issues of my breast hurting started about 3 weeks ago. What could be causing my problems. I am a stomach sleep and when I wake up in the morning my breast hurt/
