I Have Been Having Some Weird Rocking Motions As If

I have been having some weird rocking motions as if I am on a boat that include dizziness as well. I feel like my senses are lagging behind with what I want them to do. I do not feel weak, but this is annoying me due to the high focus I need in an effort to pass my college courses and finals. Thanks so much,
