I Have Been Having Some Weird Symptoms Recently. It's 2

I have been having some weird symptoms recently. It's 2 weeks since my last period but I'm having painful spotting. I get painful twinges in my abdomen. My colon will be uncomfortable majority of the time and each night I get nausea but never throw up.
What could be wrong or might this be normal?
