I Have Been Having Sore Breasts, And They Have A

I have been having sore breasts, and they have a brown ish color to them. I have also been having sharp pains in my stomach. More around my ribs and I also have a bladder infection but I don't think the bladder infection could cause all of this. Plus I've been having back and hip pain. What does this sound like it could be?
