I Have Been Having Spasm Like Feelings In My Chest

I have been having spasm like feelings in my chest for several weeks. My BP has been up, but ok at the moment. Chest feels very nervous and am realizing that my Allerclear may be causing the problem. I have been taking Claritin or this for well over a year. After reading side effects, I am deciding to go off immediately. Would you concur?
