I Have Been Having Spasms On The Right Back Side

I have been having spasms on the right back side of my head goes down with pain on right side of my neck too..I found out I have lyme disease 2 years ago not sure when I was bit by the deer tick.Dr. says all my problems are from that..I have back pain and brain fog memory loss too...Do you think the head spasms would be from that too?
